Dragon Tongue

This beautiful, old DUTCH HERITAGE variety is good for fresh use or for dried beans. The flat 21-25cm (8-10") beans is a yellow with bright purple stripes, they're ready to use for cooking or freezing. They can also be grown to the dry stage for winter use in soups and stews.. Seeds are brown with dark markings.

Jade

These refined, straight, tender, gourmet Jade beans are medium dark-green, round pods 13-18cm (5-7") exceptionally tender and delicious.

Royal Burgundy

Wonderful color! 5" dark purple pods can be used raw in salads to add color. Pods turn green when cooked.

GITA

Yard-long bean. A more widely adapted day-neutral variety of a subtropical Asian specialty. Graceful, 16-20" long, dark green pods, no bigger than the diameter of a pencil. Stringless, sweet, and richly flavored for steaming and stir-fry.

RED NOODLE

Beautiful dark burgundy pods.16-20" long beans, Sweet flavor compares to Gita. Burgundy color will fade when cooked.

INDY GOLD

Highly flavorful. Indy gold fancy, slim pods average 5 1/2" and are flavorful and tender.
