White Queen

This heirloom variety offers some of the nicest shape and whitest color of any of the "white" varieties. Beefsteak-style fruit weighs to 12 oz. and is smooth skinned with ribbed shoulders. Some fruits have a pink blush or streaks on their blossom ends that ripen to a pale creamy yellow. Tomatoes are juicy and sweet.

Japanese Black Trifele

6 oz. fruit that looks like a beautiful mohogany-colored Bartlett pear with greenish shoulders. Very tasty flesh with a meaty core. A work of art sliced out on a plate and a wonderful flavor that possesses an extrordinairy rich and complex flavors.

Black Krim

This rare, and outstanding tomato is 3-4" slightly flattened dark-red (mahogany-colored) slightly maroon, beefsteak tomatoes with deep green shoulders. Green gel around seeds. Fantastic, intense, slightly salty taste (which is great for those not wanting to add salt to their tomatoes).

Green Zebra

The 2-inch round fruit ripens to a yellow-gold with dark-green zebra-like stripes. The flesh is lime-emerald in color that has an invigorating lemon- lime flavor. A great green tomato for brightening up salads and other tomato dishes and enjoy a wonderful addition of color to your salads and sauces.

COPIA

A cross between green Zebra and Marvel Stripe, named in honor of COPIA (the American Center of Food, Wine and the Arts). 6 oz., red and yellow striped slicer with great flavor

Striped Cavern

medium (2 1/2 inch) fruit perfect for stuffing. Blocky, pepper-shaped, hollow, red fruit with orange stripes.

Hillbilly

1-2 lb. huge, heavily-ribbed, orange-yellow fruit with red mottled skin and red streaks within. Very sweet, fruity flavors. Low acid. Try it in big slices with other colored tomatoes.

Wapsipinicon Peach

Light, creamy-yellow, almost white fruit have superb taste and texture! One of the best tomatoes I have ever tried. The taste is complex, with its spicy, sweet and very fruity flavor. The fruit are small, around 2" and the skin is slightly fuzzy like a peach!

Red Zebra

A natural cross. 2-inch, red fruit with light yellow striping (or as some say, yellow fruit with red striping). Same shape as Green Zebra with red-yellow flesh. Worth the try …and I'm sure you will want to keep it as a favorite.

Purple Russian

Purple Russian has been a staple for my market variety selection because it holds up well, and it's wonderful flavor. I include it for my chef's selection because of it's color and delicious flavors. A perfect tomato for enjoying in salads, for making tomato sauce or salsa, or canning.

Striped German

Beautiful 1-2 lb. fruit with red-yellow stripes and dense, juicy, red-yellow streaked flesh. Excellent sweet, complex flavors.

Tigerella

beautiful, silver-dollar sized, round fruits with red-orange skin with golden- green to yellow jagged stripes. Red-orange, juicy flesh. Brisk, tangy (tart) flavor.

Striped Roman

Stunning and unique. These long, pointed red fruit have wavy orange stripes! a perfect midsized beauty with brilliant color, meaty flesh and excellent flavor.

Bicolor Cherry

Flavorful, very juicy, 1oz fruit are a beautiful yellow-and pink-blushed bicolor! So yummy tasting, being incredibly sweet and fruity.

Big Zebra

A stunning tomato that looks much like a giant version of our popular "Green Zebra," this 8-10 oz. beauty has vibrant green and deep gold striped skin, with delicious red-streaked, green flesh. Ananas Noire or Black Pineapple

Our most exciting tomato this year, it is wonderful in every way. The multi- colored, smooth fruit (green, yellow and purple mix) weigh about 1 1/2 lbs. The flesh is bright green with deep red streaks. Everyone loves their superb flavor that is outstanding, being both sweet and smoky with a hint of citrus. Hawaiian Pineapple 1 lb fruit with yellow and red mottled flesh. Flavor is excellent, sweet, fruity and somewhat pineapple-like in taste.

Csikos Botermo
