We are now booking the suites up to one year in advance.


Feel right at home in our suites- each one includes a private bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area allowing you to truly relax during your stay.


All suites have three bedrooms, private entrances, and spacious rooms.

Annually, our restaurant is closed between mid December and February 1st with the exception of New Years eve.


Our suites are open 365 days a year.

Important Booking Information [FAQ]


General

How do I redeem my gift certificates?

Please contact us via email. Gift certificates cannot be applied directly through Tock or our hotel booking page, and they cannot be applied retroactively to reservations. We are happy to help you schedule your visit.


Are tax and service charges included in any of the rates?

Tax is included and will be applied during the checkout process unless otherwise stated. Any gratuities collected will be distributed between our Culinary and Service Team members.


What should we do while in the Similkameen Valley?

We’re excited to showcase the hidden gems in the Similkameen. We invite you to take advantage of the many exceptional experiences throughout the area, and it’s our pleasure to guide you in your planning. Our Event Coordinator is available to book tours and tastings, make reservations, share maps, give directions, and provide a unique and special approach to the area.


What time of year is best to visit the Similkameen Valley?

The Similkameen offers diverse experiences year-round. Spring begins with the first buds breaking in the orchard and on the vine and the start of a new growing cycle. Summer is filled with events surrounding the local farmer’s markets and outdoor concerts, and there is an abundance of outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, and explorations throughout the scenic area. Autumn marks the exciting harvest season with the annual crush that fills the air with the smell of fermenting apples and grapes. The winter holiday season is a great time to visit and celebrate with loved ones and to discover Apex Mountain for skiing and snowshoeing.


What are typical temperatures in Cawston, BC?

Spring temperatures range between 11° and 22° with crisp mornings and evenings. Summer days are warm and sunny, anywhere from 24° to 35°. Autumn tends to be warmer than spring, with temperatures between 15° and 20° during the day and in the 60’s at night. Dining

Are you able to accommodate guests’ specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions. We are a facility that uses nuts, soy, dairy, shellfish, and gluten. We strongly caution diners with extreme allergies to be aware that these items are used in close proximity. Our Guest Relations Team will email you to request information about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or aversions you or your guests may have.


Can I make dinner reservations for large groups?

For parties larger than 6 or for restaurant buyouts please contact our Guest Relations team at this email. Or call the restaurant at 1-250-499-0758.


Are children allowed in the restaurant?

Klipper’s Organic Acres is a family farm and Row Fourteen is an extension of the farm. While we do have elevated food we do welcome children into the restaurant.


Do you have a corkage fee?

Row Fourteen is all about local and our wines all come from within the Similkameen Valley and a few from with just outside our valley in the Okanagan valley. We really want to celebrate what we have around us and recommend that you try what we have to offer. However, if you would like to bring wine from your personal collection, we allow up to four 750mL bottles per table. The corkage fee is $30 per bottle.


What is the dress code at Row Fourteen?

No shirt, no shoes, no service.


Can I charge my electric vehicle at Row Fourteen?

We are currently working on having chargers on site.


Is there a place where I may enjoy a cigar?

Klipper’s Organic Acres and Row Fourteen is a smoke-free property.

Suites

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am.


Where can I locate my booking receipt?

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your booking. You do not need to present the confirmation upon arrival.


What are the minimum and maximum number of nights I can book a suite for?

Guest Suites can be booked for a minimum of two nights. For the maximum amount of nights (ie. long-term stays) please contact us at klippersorg@gmail.com.


Will I receive any other communications regarding my reservation?

Our Guest Relations Team will contact you regarding allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences, your stay, and/or any special arrangements you would like us to make for you. If you are booking less than three days in advance, our team may not be able to get in touch ahead of your visit. Please feel free to call us should you have any questions or concerns.


Is breakfast provided at Klipper’s Guest Suites?

At this time, we do not serve breakfast in the suites. The suites all come with a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a Farm Market and Coffee House down the street that serves coffee and breakfast items starting at 7:00am which you are more than welcome to go check out.


Do I need to make a separate dining reservation for the restaurant?

Yes, if you would like a reservation at Row Fourteen please book through Tock to that you can make sure you have a table reserved.


May I make a book a suite without have a reservation at the restaurant?

Yes, you are welcome to stay in our suites without eating at our restaurant. There is a full kitchen in each suite.


Are children allowed to stay at Klipper’s Guest Suites?

Our suites were built with families in mind. Each suite has 3 rooms, laundry, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room.


Are pets allowed at Klippers Guest Suites?

Our Suncrest suite is the one suite that we have available for pets. Due to the high standards we have put in place for hypoallergenic guests we can only have pets in that one particular suite.


Is there a waitlist if I am unable to make a reservation?

We have a waitlist for both guest rooms and restaurant reservations. You may add your name via tock for dining reservations and through our reservation page for booking the suites.


Suites Deposit Policy

  • We require a deposit of 50% (one night minimum) with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX for your reservation to be confirmed
  • Balance is due 14 days prior with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX
  • All units are non-smoking
  • Check-in is anytime after 4pm, check-out is anytime before 11am
  • There is a $25 surcharge per additional person (beyond 4)
  • Weekly & monthly rates are available, please contact us for more information
  • Pets are only permitted in the Suncrest Suite


Suites Cancellation Policies

  • Refund will only be granted to stays of 1 to 6 nights if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
  • Even if no refund is due, we may still grant a refund if the unit is re-rented
  • Merchant fee of 5% ($25 minimum) is applicable on all refunds
  • Note that some promotions have a no refund or cancellation policy
